Wood blinds are available in a variety of
paint colors and stains,so you'll be sure to find one that matches your decor. Most wood blinds are made from
basswood or poplar. Hunter Douglas also offers Genuine woods, made from cherry,
pine, oak, or maple. Wood blinds can be equipped with PowerTilt to operate the slats at
the touch of a button. |
Faux wood blinds are
another popular option. The advantage of the faux woods, such as Hunter Douglas Everwoods,
is that they are guaranteed against warpage in high-humidity areas, and rain won't damage them. Faux wood blinds are
available in wood-tone stains and many shades of white. Everwoods
can also be ordered with the motorized tilt.
